A1LM1 equipment action flow:
1. Start: put the workpiece on the special fixture of the equipment, start the equipment with both hands, the safety door will close automatically.
2.Measuring initial unbalance: after the special fixture clamping the workpiece, the balancing machine servo motor drives the workpiece to make circular motion to measure the unbalance.
3. Automatic positioning: after the measurement, the position of the rivets are toward the adding mechanism.
4. Manual counterweight and automatic riveting: after adding suitable rivets manually according to the measurement software calculation, the workpiece turning and does riveting counterweight.
5. Retest: riveting unit reset, balancing machine automatically starts retest to the workpiece according to the sensor reset signal.
6. The result shows: the workpiece is qualified, the indicator light is green and the touch screen shows large character OK; If the workpiece is unqualified, the indicator light is red and the touch screen shows NG and gives an alarm sound. The safety door opens, unload the workpiece.
