Our belt-driving technology help them to avoid the inaccuracy caused by clamp. The Optoelectric scanning head adjustment allows different type of rotors and different position in sensing. The unbalancing point will be precisely located and highlighted. The permanent calibration brings with a permission of dramatically initial unbalancing amount.
Machine Applicaition
The PHQ-160H is generally used for rotors up to 160 kg. This model will be mostly used for any of rotor in machinery components. There are two bearing at each side of the shaft for preventing the movement of the rotor during rotation. If the rotor has no shaft in balancing or if the rotor has driven shaft at only one side, we recommend the overhanging position.
