Description:

• A2WZ1 automatic balancing machine consists of the machine main body, balance

automatic measuring mechanism, automatic drilling system, vacuum cleaner, transport

mechanical arm, and machine box, strong-current box and weak-current box etc. The

automatic drilling system consists of three sets of servo motors, screw and slide table in X,

Y, Z three directions. The upper computer and PLC automatically communicate to analyze

the unbalance amount and angle analog quantity, and the servo motor controls the power

head cutter on the three axes to do automatic balance correction.

• When it correction, two drills will drilling at the same time.
